Most students ask their school to translate. If your transcript isn’t in English, you must also give us notarized literal English translations. To avoid delays, make sure you follow the instructions on your Student Center! Your Documents Must be in EnglishĮverything you send us must be in English. We'll ask you to resubmit your documents if you don't send us what we asked for, or if you send it in a different way than what we asked for. You may also submit required or optional supplementary forms to support your application. In your Student Center you'll have a To Do List with all the documents we need from you, and how you need to submit them. In most cases, we won't need originals yet-all you'll need to do is upload a copy to your Student Center. After you apply on the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC), you'll get an email with instructions to create a Western Student Center account within 10 business days of applying.
